All jewelers on the White Diamond Jewels team have over 30 years of expert experience and can create virtually any design. Custom design orders are quick and easy. Expect to receive your custom piece in about 5-10 business days after placing the order.
Step 1:
Choose a Design
Email us a picture, ideas, drawings, or descriptions of your desired jewelry to Support@WhiteDiamondJewels.com. You will receive a response within a few hours. You can also call us at 310-371-0007 or visit us in store at the South Bay Galleria.
Step 2:
Approve Digital Rendering and Wax Mold
We will send you a digital version of your design. Throughout each step, you have the power to make any changes you desire. Upon your approval, see your design come to life as we create a precise wax mold for your approval.
Step 3:
Receive Finished Jewelry
Upon completion, we will send you a photo of the finished piece for you final approval. Pick up your finished jewelry in store or have it shipped to you at home. Enjoy your new piece or surprise your loved one!
